This policy explains how JUNKRIGHT ("we", "us"), operating as JUNKRIGHT, handles personal information on this website. Information we collect
| What | Details | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Quote and contact requests | Name, phone, email (optional), town, timing, a description of what needs to be removed, and the load size from the price slider if you used it | Reply to you, prepare a quote, and book work |
| Price slider | The load size you choose runs in your browser. It is only sent to us if you open the quote form and submit it | Give you a rough idea of price and help us quote accurately |
| Phone and email | If you call or email us, we see the details you share | Respond to your inquiry |
| Hosting logs | The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub, as host, may process technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site | Deliver the website |
| Third-party badge image | The footer shows a badge image that is loaded from threebestrated.ca. Your browser contacts that site to fetch the image, so it can receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type | Display the badge |
We do not ask for payment card details, government identification or other sensitive information on this website. Please do not send them through the quote form.
How quote requests are sent
When you press the send button, your browser sends the quote request to a form-handling service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers it to us by email. That service therefore handles what you typed in the form. If sending fails, the page tells you so and gives our phone number and email address instead.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or pixels. Fonts, styles and scripts on this website are served from the website itself, so loading a page does not send your details to font or script providers. The one exception is the badge image in the footer, which is loaded from threebestrated.ca (ThreeBestRated), so your browser contacts that site when a page loads. We have not been able to verify what that site records. See its own privacy policy. [Client to confirm: that the ThreeBestRated badge is current, was issued to JUNKRIGHT and may be displayed, and that its privacy practices are acceptable] Links to other sites, such as the site builder's website, are governed by those sites' own policies.
